Forgetting?…Try Meditating For Memory

Take Time For Yourself

I recently led a retreat presentation for women.  It was clear that the women were ready,  and needed to take that time out for themselves.  Most of the attendees have demanding jobs as well as mom, wife and household duties.

Breathing Through The Holidays

This time of year, many of us are experiencing the pressures of Christmas and other holiday celebrations.  There is much to be done – trees to buy and decorate, cards and notes to address and mail, gifts to buy and wrap, holiday baking to be done, menus to plan and prepare, travel preparation to family and friends.  The list goes on and on.  Then, of course, there are all the usual activities…and more.
