Help, They’re Driving Me Crazy!

Do you have people in your life to whom you wish you could say, “poof!” and they’d be gone – off to bother someone else? Maybe it’s because they’re perpetually antagonistic, intolerably obnoxious, always negative or insufferably nosy.  Whatever the situation, you could do without them. If only you could just do what employers do from time to time – issue a pink slip, fire them.

Were You Born To Lead?

I realize  there are many aspects of leadership that can be learned. I am also convinced that some aspects are innate and can’t be learned. Have you ever noticed that some people have a natural talent for leading others?  They seem to be born with the ability to lead.  Other people seem to listen and follow them naturally. It seems most people can learn the skills of a good leader, but may not have this natural talent for leading.
